PlayStation Plus in June

When PlayStation Plus first started, I was indeed a non-believer. They didn’t really have much to offer other than really old games people already owned or didn’t care to own. I rolled my eyes and shook my head at Sony claiming that it was all just a sad attempt to make an extra dollar. I was wrong and I ate those words last year when I tried out PlayStation Plus for a three month period. At some point last year, Sony stepped up there game with their Plus subscription and started offering some really great games that I hadn’t gotten a chance to play yet. This month is no different.

If you are like me and have limited funds and a huge backlog of games, then Plus might be a good choice for you. This month Sony is giving us Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Saints Row: The Third, UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, & LittleBigPlanet: Karting as free to play on the PS3. Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward and God Eater Burst will be free to play on the PS Vita.

You can play Deus Ex now and other June games will start to become available as of June 11th. Don’t forget that some games that are currently free on Plus will be expiring soon. So if you haven’t yet, make sure you download LittleBigPlanet 2, inFAMOUS 2, and Ratchet & Clank All 4 One before June 12th.

This list of free games is for the North American members, European members can expect to see UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and LittleBigPlanet: Karting also replacing the three games leaving the store this month.
